Furniture Return Policy
Returns & Cancellations
Once an order has been shipped, any returns or cancellations must be pre-approved. Customers will be responsible for both the original and return shipping costs, as well as a restocking fee, which varies by manufacturer. Some manufacturers do not accept returns under any circumstances.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unopened, unassembled, and in its original packaging and carton, with no signs of damage or wear. Only items in resalable condition will be accepted for return. We strongly recommend requesting a sample before making a purchase to ensure satisfaction with the product’s finish and fabric. We are not responsible for slight variations in color due to screen differences. If you have any doubts, please request a sample before placing your order.
Custom orders and non-stock items cannot be canceled or returned. Additionally, returns will not be accepted 30 days after delivery. Customers are responsible for duplicate orders.
Shipping & Damage Policy
All items are shipped FOB (Free on Board), meaning ownership transfers to the customer once the item leaves our facility. We ensure that all products are packed securely, but damages can sometimes occur during transit.
Upon delivery, please inspect all cartons carefully before signing the delivery receipt. Any damages should be noted on the bill of lading in detail, and a copy should be retained for your records. If damage is found, contact us immediately to report the issue. We will make every effort to provide replacement parts as quickly as possible.
We reserve the right to repair or replace damaged or defective parts. Unless an item is completely destroyed, please accept all packages after thorough inspection and documentation of any damage on the delivery receipt. Refusing delivery may delay the replacement process, as individual parts can often be shipped faster than entire units—this is particularly true for ready-to-assemble furniture from manufacturers like Bestar and Bush.
Please keep all original packaging and contact us promptly for assistance. To expedite the process, email us your order number and photos of the damage at gmail@furnwholesale.com. This will allow us to forward your request directly to the manufacturer for a quicker resolution.
